Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all text submitted to TTSMint, all generated speech, accounts, APIs, and other use of the service. You are responsible for your content and must have all permissions required to create and use it.
Sexual and NSFW content
Do not generate pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content intended for sexual services. Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, or any attempt to obtain or distribute such material is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Violence and graphic content
Do not generate content that graphically celebrates, encourages, instructs, or threatens murder, torture, gore, terrorism, mass violence, self-harm, or serious physical abuse. News, educational, documentary, and prevention-focused discussion must not glorify or facilitate harm.
Hateful content
Do not generate content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or calls for exclusion or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
Children’s safety
Do not generate content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, endangers, bullies, or facilitates abuse of a minor. Never submit, link to, describe for procurement, or distribute child sexual abuse material. Reports involving possible child exploitation are prioritized and may be preserved and referred as required by law.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not use synthetic speech to impersonate a real person without authorization, create deceptive voice deepfakes, misrepresent identity or endorsement, evade authentication, commit fraud, or produce non-consensual sexual impersonations. Parody or fictional use must be clearly disclosed and must not mislead a reasonable listener.
Copyright and trademarks
Do not submit or generate audio from material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights. You must hold the rights or a valid license, permission, exception, or other lawful basis for the text and intended audio use. TTSMint may restrict disputed content or accounts while reviewing a sufficiently detailed rights-holder report.
Other prohibited conduct
Do not use TTSMint for fraud, scams, spam, harassment, privacy violations, unlawful surveillance, malware, illegal goods or services, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, evading sanctions, bypassing service limits, probing security, or interfering with the service or other users.
Content moderation
TTSMint applies request validation and automated rules-based screening before speech generation for clear prohibited patterns, together with rate and abuse signals. Because TTSMint synthesizes the submitted text rather than independently composing a new script, screening occurs before audio is generated. User reports are reviewed manually. These controls are imperfect, do not approve content that passes a check, and do not replace your responsibility to comply with this policy. Submitted text and generated audio are not routinely stored as a content library.
Reporting prohibited content
Email ttsmintsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Safety Report.” Include the relevant page or account information if known, a concise description, date and time, and non-illegal supporting evidence. Do not email child sexual abuse material or other illegal files; provide only the information needed to locate and assess the issue. Good-faith reports will not be penalized.
Review and response
We prioritize credible threats, child-safety reports, non-consensual sexual content, and imminent harm. We aim to acknowledge urgent safety reports within 1 business day and other reports within 2 business days, and to communicate an outcome when appropriate within 7 business days. Complex investigations or legal requests may take longer.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, context, recurrence, and legal obligations, TTSMint may reject a generation request, issue a warning, restrict features or Credits, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate access, preserve relevant records, or refer a matter to payment providers, rights holders, emergency services, or law enforcement. Severe child-safety, credible-threat, fraud, or security violations may lead to immediate suspension without a prior warning.
Appeals
You may appeal an account enforcement decision within 14 calendar days by emailing ttsmintsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Safety Appeal,” your account email, the decision being appealed, and relevant context. A person will review the appeal, and we aim to respond within 10 business days.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as risks, laws, and service capabilities change. Material revisions will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
