Overview
TTSMint follows a minimal-data approach. This policy explains the information processed when you use the service.
Authentication data
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store the Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, profile image URL, and locale needed to maintain your account. When you sign in by email, Resend processes the recipient address and verification message for delivery; TTSMint stores the normalized email address and only a hash of the short-lived verification code tied to an opaque challenge. We do not store Google access tokens, refresh tokens, or raw verification codes.
Session and preferences
We use a secure HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. Theme and language preferences may be stored in your browser.
Product analytics
TTSMint automatically uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, acquisition sources, and allowlisted product events such as voice previews, successful generations, downloads, and purchases. We do not send your submitted text, generated audio, email address, account identifier, authentication token, or payment details to Google Analytics.
Analytics storage and retention
Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and browser metadata to distinguish visits. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Google Analytics event data is configured for a 14-month retention period.
Text and generated audio
Text you submit is sent to TTSMint infrastructure and an upstream speech provider to generate audio. Generated audio is delivered to your browser; TTSMint does not provide a saved audio library or generation history. Do not submit sensitive or confidential text.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for infrastructure and account storage, Google for optional identity sign-in, Resend for email-code delivery, and speech-processing providers to operate the service. They process information only as needed to provide those functions.
Payment processing
Payment processing is handled by Waffo Pancake. We keep only the minimum order and credit records needed to provide credits, account support, fraud prevention, and accounting; we do not expose payment method details in TTSMint.
Retention and security
Account and session records are retained for account operation, security, and abuse prevention. We use encrypted connections and store session tokens only as hashes on the server.
Your data rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to or a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. These rights may be limited where we must keep information for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation. You may complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
How to make a data request
Email ttsmintsupport@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Data Rights Request” and state the right you want to exercise. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete them within 30 calendar days. If applicable law permits an extension, we will explain the reason and expected date before the initial period ends.
Account deletion
To close your account and request deletion, email ttsmintsupport@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete My Account.” After verification, we will disable the account, revoke active sessions, and delete or anonymize profile and usage records that we are not legally required to retain. Limited billing, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may remain for the required retention period and will not be used for unrelated purposes. Account deletion does not itself create a refund right.
